The hotel's location was great. It was conveniently close to the train station and the bus stop for the airport. This made it very easy for us to travel around the city and to get to and from the airport. the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. They were always willing to assist us with any questions or requests we had.
Our experience at the hotel was not as pleasant as we had hoped. the check-in process was inefficient as it took several attempts to get a working door key.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk away from the train station and with easy access to the funicular to the old town. This made exploring Bergamo and nearby attractions incredibly convenient. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and sights to see. The breakfast was also outstanding, providing a delicious start to the day. I had a great experience at Nh Bergamo and would definitely recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with just a short walk to the funicular that takes you up to Citti Alta, the charming old town. It is also conveniently situated near the city center and close to Bergamo airport. The staff at the hotel is welcoming and friendly, providing excellent customer service. We loved staying at this place! The location was wonderful for us because it was located not far from the train station and right in the city centre. The staff was great and helped us arrange an extra breakfast for a group meeting on short notice. Our room was very comfy with a nice bathroom and big balcony. Plus, the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.

The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, with rooms that were both clean and comfortable. The fantastic breakfast offered a good selection of dishes and there was a great self-choice lobby bar. Additionally, the staff were friendly, helpful, and created a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel's location near the train station and public transportation to the old city made it convenient for exploring the center of the city and taking the funicular.
